Itinerary

• Day 1 welcome to calgary

  After Arriving in Calgary, Gather at 4pm to join your Tour Director and fellow travelers for a welcoming beverage. 

• Day 2 Calgary to Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump and Waterton Lakes National Park

  Explore the enduring connection between Native peoples and the immense herds of American Bison that once roamed the plains of southwest Alberta. Visit Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump to witness marked trails, an ancient aboriginal camp, and a burial mound containing abundant buffalo skeletons, dating back nearly 6,000 years. Demonstrating profound knowledge of the terrain and bison behavior, Plains peoples adeptly herded bison over cliffs to efficiently harvest their primary resources for sustenance, clothing, and materials.

• Day 3 Waterton Lakes National Park

  An unforgettable experience awaits you in Glacier National Park aboard the iconic vintage Red Jammer bus. Journey along the renowned Going-to-the-Sun Road, one of North America’s most breathtaking highways. Traverse the 6,664-foot-high Logan Pass and enter a majestic alpine realm, where rugged mountain peaks define the awe-inspiring landscape.

• Day 4 Whitefish - Kootenay National Park

  Prepare for a magnificent adventure to discover the splendor of Rocky Mountain peaks and turquoise glacial lakes in Banff National Park, Canada’s inaugural national park. This awe-inspiring natural marvel combines towering peaks and pristine sapphire lakes, offering a breathtaking experience unlike any other on Earth!

• Day 5 Banff National Park

  Prepare yourself for an extraordinary journey to discover the stunning Rocky Mountain summits and turquoise glacial lakes nestled in Banff National Park, Canada's inaugural national park. This awe-inspiring natural marvel is where majestic peaks and crystal-clear lakes converge beneath the vast sky, offering an unparalleled and breathtaking experience unlike any other on the planet!

• Day 6 Banff-Lake Louise-Jasper

  Lake Louise is renowned worldwide for its turquoise lake nestled against the backdrop of Victoria Glacier, framed by towering mountains and the grand Fairmont Chateau hotel. This stunning natural wonder in the Canadian Rockies offers breathtaking views that are truly awe-inspiring and must be witnessed firsthand to be fully appreciated!

• Day 7 Jasper. Excursion To Maligne Lake

  Encompassing almost 4,250 square miles of stunning natural beauty, Jasper stands as the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies. Its expansive wilderness, towering peaks, diverse wildlife, and awe-inspiring panoramic vistas are complemented by an extraordinary Dark Sky, making it a paradise for stargazers and nature enthusiasts alike. 

• Day 8 Jasper - Columbia - icefield

  Embark on a journey back to the Wild West as you enjoy an exclusive experience during your farewell dinner in Calgary. Immerse yourself in the nostalgic folklore and romance of ranching and roping, where cowboy poets share stories and songs that vividly depict the life of cowhands on the range.
